Feb. 7, 2012; 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. Informative meeting on "E-Tests"

On Feb. 7, 2012 the test administration platform Q[kju:] and the range of services offered by IQuL will be introduced in the University IT Services building (Rechenzentrum, room 112, first floor).

As a consequence of the Bologna Reform more tests and examinations have become necessary. In this context, E-Tests and Exams can reduce workload with regard to marking exams. The potential of E-Tests for application is limited due to an inevitable standardization of questions, however, they are often considered for use in standardized large-scale tests.

On Feb. 7, the test administration platform Q[kju:] will be introduced. With this platform it is possible to organize the entire process of university examinations (written or oral). The platform is already being used by several universities.

IQuL also provides the technical infrastructure, as needed. The range of services of IQuL will also be introduced in this informative meeting.

We welcome everyone who is interested in learning about and dicussing the issue of E-Tests at Freiburg University.
