#ufrstatus #stoerung Following the power cut in the Freiburg city area, some of the University IT Services core systems are still out of service. Troubleshooting is ongoing. Some services have already been restored. However, it is currently not possible to log in to many services, and some websites are still unavailable.

Following the power cut in the Freiburg city centre, some key systems at the University IT Services and the University Library are still out of service. Troubleshooting is ongoing. Some services have already been restored.

Problems are currently still being experienced in the following areas:

- The login services MyLogin (https://mylogin.ub.uni-freiburg.de) and Keycloak (https://auth.uni-freiburg.de) are still experiencing issues. Among other things, it is currently not possible to log in to HISinOne, ILIAS, Matrix, bwCloud, bwSyncandShare, Open WebUI, ...

- The MyAccount user management system is currently unavailable

- The ZUV Exchange Server is not yet available

- The central university website is not yet fully back online

- Parts of the HPC clusters are not yet available again
