OTRS-Update
On Friday, May 3, 2013, there will be an update of the ticketing system (OTRS) to version 3.2.6. The system will be updated between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m.
During thtat time the ticketing system will not be available under support.vm.uni-freiburg.
