Temporarily Unavailable Portals
There are a number of portals that are temporarily unavailable due to a supposed disturbance in the DNS server.

This distruption began (on 24.10.2011) at 15.35 and lasted until 17.01.
The problem is being analyzed in order to avoid such disturbances in the future.
