The University IT Services ("RZ") is the IT service provider for the University of Freiburg. The RZ has been the central operating facility since 1966. We provide the IT infrastructure for the university. On our web pages you will find all information about our tasks and services.

2024-04-29: Migration of ZOOM licences has been completed Apr 29, 2024 06:32 PM The migration of the existing ZOOM licences to the "ZOOM X" variant has been completed. The licences are now valid for a further year until 26.04.2024. An extension for a further year within the term of the DFN framework agreement with Deutsche Telekom is being sought.
