14.07.2022: Issuance of UniCards for guests and employees managed in the University Hospital's personnel management system is temporarily not possible
The old production system QISbatch, which was used for the administration of guest UniCards, has been switched off for technical reasons. The shutdown does not affect student ID cards and ID cards for employees that are managed directly by the University.
The effects of the shutdown are as follows:
- UniCards in circulation for guests and employees, which are managed in the University Hospital's personnel management system, can continue to be used unchanged.
- No new UniCards will be issued temporarily for the above-mentioned groups of people until the new UniCard system can be used for them. This will be done in a timely manner.
- The issue of new facility cards (= non-personalised guest cards) will only be possible again at a later date.
- Cards in circulation can no longer be extended.
- It is still possible to block cards.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Student cards and employee cards for employees who are administered directly by the University are not affected.
