Department E-Learning is looking for student assistants

The working time is between 20 and 40% (approx. 10-20h / week). Entry date as of now. The positions are initially limited to the end of November 2021, an extension is possible subject to funding. The remuneration is according to TV-L E3.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the department team with e-learning support for faculty and students in areas including:
 

•     Technical and content support, especially for the ILIAS learning platform and video conferencing systems (including creating course and group rooms and assisting in their design, managing participants, simple support requests for ILIAS, BigBlueButton and Zoom)
•     Media production / content creation (including creating handouts and video tutorials).
•     Participation in the preparation of the digital semester launch (start of studies in 2021).

Requirements:
 

•     High reliability
•     Good PC skills and willingness to learn new systems quickly
•     Interest in media and IT
•     very good knowledge of German and ability to express yourself in writing, good knowledge of English is an advantage
•     Knowledge in media pedagogy and media production/video editing is an advantage
