For consolidation, improvement, and acceleration of our support we would like to alert you to the fact that we will in the future only be able to deal with support requests received via the OTRS system.
For consolidation, improvement, and acceleration of our support we would like to alert you to the fact that we will in the future only be able to deal with support requests received via the OTRS system.
This ensures a traceable history of each problem or request and avoids breaks if individual employees are unavailable. Moreover, this allows us to better identify and react to common errors and problems.
The OTRS system is already in use in many IT Services and can be reached via:
- Email to rzlehrpool@rz.uni-freiburg.de,
- support form (https://www.rz.uni-freiburg.de/go/lehrpoolsupport,
- and of course through an OTRS entry (if there is OTRS access).
Requests through other channels will be answered only with a request to use the OTRS system.
