First steps to rebuild the planned central helpdesk (task location RZ)
As formulated in the goals of the RZ / Zielen des RZs central contact points for all enquiries and problems are to be worked towards in future, from where the enquiries will be passed on to the specialist departments of the RZ or other offices of the university. To this end, student counselling will be consolidated at the Werthmannstraße 4 location. In order to replace the RZ staff member who is no longer available, the counselling service in the computer centre will be discontinued with immediate effect due to low demand. Especially in the late afternoon and evenings, only a few courses take place in the pools.
Necessary support can then be provided directly by the colleagues of bwLehrpool (tel. 203-67775, room 120 1st floor or Betrieb EG).

- Unfortunately, the general user advisory service is currently only staffed for a short time due to illness.
- Support for e-examinations will be greatly expanded in the near future. Here, the teaching pools both in the computer centre and in Werthmannstraße 4 will play a central role alongside mobile solutions. Contact via: e-klausuren@rz.uni-freiburg.de
The RZ building (Hermann-Herder-Str. 10) closes at 7 p.m. during the semester; 6 p.m. is planned for the semester break. It is still possible to leave the building after the closing times. The PC pools in Werthmannstraße 4 can currently be used until 8 pm.
