Consolidation of myAccount Database

In the second week of December we will begin an examination of employee Uni-Accounts. You may be asked to correct your myAccount information due to these changes.

Numerous employee accounts will need to update their institute or faculty's information (i.e. cost center number, and institute key). This information will be controlled as you log in to myAccount. You may also be sent an e-mail requesting you to log in to myAccount in order to make any necessary changes in your cost center number

Because the cost center is closely related to your University e-mail domain, you may also be required to change your e-mail address. In this case, we will make sure to install automatic e-mail forwarding to this new account so that you can continue to receive e-mails sent to your old account. 

Please make sure that you have shared the server name of your new address with your e-mail program, e.g. Thunderbird or Outlook.
