No production of guest cards and employee cards
No production of guest cards and employee cards for clinic employees between May 24, 2023 and June 11, 2023.
There will be no production of guest cards and employee cards for hospital employees between 05/24/2023 and 06/11/2023. Card requests received by 12 noon on 05/23/2023 will still be processed and can be picked up after notification via email. Requests or requests received after that time will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis beginning June 12, 2023.
