13.04: general file server maintenance 3 - 4 p.m. because of RAM module exchange
At one of our storage nodes a RAM module has to be exchanged at short notice. Therefore, the affected node will be shut down tomorrow, Wednesday, 04/13/22, starting at 3 pm. The maintenance work will take about 30 - 60 minutes.
The general public is not expected to be affected. According to our information, only a few clients that are currently still statically connected to the node are affected. Therefore, please check if you are statically connected to the IP 10.4.7.28, 10.4.7.60 or 192.52.4.14. Customers who are connected dynamically (NFSv3) or via SMB/CIFS (network drives / group drives) will be automatically redirected to another node, so the connection will only be interrupted for a few seconds.
