According to NextCloud and in preparation for the version change of the database software, the tables of the productive database nextcloud_prod must be given a different row_format.
The row_format will be changed from COMPRESSED to DYNAMIC in the course of the action.
To ensure the best possible conditions for the conversion, the backend cluster must be blocked for any access.
