2025-02-11 from 8:00 maintenance and updates on the central telephone system, from 18:00 complete interruption at the UC
#ufrstatus Maintenance work will be carried out on the entire telephone system from 8:00 on Tuesday, 11 February 2025. The security patches and updates will continue into the late evening. During this time, there may therefore be isolated call interruptions in the area of telephony. The UC environment will then be temporarily out of service from 18:00.
On Tue 11/02/2025 and Thu 12/02/2025, extensive updates will be carried out on the telephone system and the associated UC servers. The work will continue throughout the day and the entire UC environment will not be accessible to users from 18:00.
During this time, telephony works without restrictions.
With the update to the UC servers, call control via the UC system, the soft phone and voice mail servers are not available to the user. This means that call control or forwarding via Rules in the UC is not available during this time, nor can calls be dialled or even made via the UC.
