bwCloud Scope upgrade successfully completed

The upgrade works at all four locations of the bwCloud SCOPE were successfully completed and all VMs can now be started again by their users.

The upgrade and the data integration were successful and the OpenStack version Rocky was introduced at all four locations. This lead to a delay, which made the bwCloud dashboard unavailable the morning of May 8. This and other minor issues were resolved in the prolonged time period of the update. At the Freiburg location some adjustments regarding the network infrastructure were made.

As mentioned previously, all instances of the regions Freibrug and Ulm must be manually restarted. So far we haven´t encountered any issues.
