bwCloud disruptions

Faults on individual compute nodes lead to errors when creating, starting or restarting VMs or in handling. This error occurs sporadically and does not affect all VMs.

The error is often manifested by the VM being

* is not accessible (ping, ssh, ...)

* does not react to commands (create snapshot, add storage medium, ...)

* does not stop or start

* cannot be created.

We are working on a general solution. Repairing affected VMs and volumes is not yet possible. If you have any questions, please check the FAQ first.
