Tuesday, April 30, 2019: Interruption of TSM operations due to migration
From approximately 9 a.m. onwards, the library manager will be migrated from AIX to Linux. During this time, TSM operations will be interrupted. As this is the first time the University IT Services is performing such a migration, it is not clear yet how long this works will last.
After the successful completion of this migration, the four other server instances adsm, adsm2, arch and arch2 will be migrated to Linux step by step. We will begin with the "small ones" (arch2 and adsm) in order to be able make an estimate regarding the duration of the migration.
The "big ones" (adsm2 and arch) will then be migrated separately (with a previous announcement).
