ILIAS available again after update to version 7.2 1
The update of ILIAS to the latest version 7.2 has been successful. File migration processes are still running in the background and will be completed automatically in the next few days. All files and courses are of course available. Thank you for your patience and have fun with ILIAS 7!

New kernel patches have to be applied, this will lead to interruptions in IBM SP operations over the coming weekend.
Printer accounts online upgrade available again 4
The website "rzdruck.intra.uni-freiburg.de" was not available due to a certificate error. A new certificate has been installed and the service is available again.
Maintenance break of bwSync&Share for update of OnlyOffice5
Today, 9/14-21, bwSync&Share will be shut down at 15:00 for a short maintenance. OnlyOffice will be updated.

Partial fault: bwSync&Share (OnlyOffice - startup delay, functionality: update)10
At the moment there is a partial malfunction in the state service bwSync&Share. For a few days, increasing delays have been observed when loading OnlyOffice (up to 40 seconds). In the then running OnlyOffice, texts can be created by typing/pasting, but formatting instructions, such as headings, are not executed.

A tapelibrary is extended by 1000 places, for this it must be taken out of operation. Backup/restore processes are not possible during this time. Archive/retrieve processes continue to run.

On 19.08.2021 KIT will provide a new version of the software Nextcloud for the service bwSync&Share. The system will be unavailable from 17:00 - 19:00h, a longer interruption cannot be excluded.

[Fixed 09.08.2021 11:45am] Malfunction: Infoblox: Self-Signed Web Server Certificate 16
[Update 09.08.2021 11:45 am] A new and valid certificate is now installed! Earlier message: After an update of the Infoblox server, only a self-signed web server certificate is available for the web front end. Until a new certificate can be imported, some browsers have problems establishing a connection.
Last reminder: Adobe Connect shutdown 08.08.202117
As announced in May, the Adobe Connect virtual classroom system is now due to be shut down. The license expires on 08.08.2021, after which the system will no longer be accessible.

[UPDATE 10:37 am] Mail server is working again as requested. Please excuse the inconvenience. [ Original ] Since approx. 09:00h there is a malfunction of the mail server Communigate. We are working on error analysis and fixing the problem.
Kernel updates TSM server next weekend 20
Important security patches have to be applied again. During the work no access to the TSM servers is possible.
OTRS: Deleting old tickets21
Unfortunately, in the course of an OTRS update, all tickets (including tickets with the status "open") older than one year have been irrevocably deleted.
myAccount Reboot 22
The myAccount service must be rebooted at 11.15 due to an update. Thanks for your understanding.

Due to technical problems, the myAccount service is currently only available to a very limited extent. We are working on the solution of the problem!

Change of the mail server configuration in HISinOne25
In the campus management system HISinOne the configuration of the mail server was changed today at 16:10. This should solve problems with target email addresses @hotmail, @live, @outlook.

Maintenance Announcement: Fileserver / central storage system: Exchange of a RAM module on Thursday, 15.07.21 between 16 - 17 hrs. 27
At one of our storage nodes a RAM module has to be exchanged at short notice. Therefore, the affected node will be shut down next Thursday, the 15.07.21 from 16 o'clock. The maintenance work will take about 30 - 60 minutes.
