The University IT Services ("RZ") is the IT service provider for the University of Freiburg. The RZ has been the central operating facility since 1966. We provide the IT infrastructure for the university. On our web pages you will find all information about our tasks and services.

This will primarily affect the OpenScape UC softphone environment, including chat. There will be several interruptions, and ongoing calls via OpenScape UC will be disrupted from 1 p.m. onwards. Calls via landlines should not be affected. The service provider has not yet been able to tell us the total duration of the maintenance work, but it should be completed by the end of the working day at the latest. |

However, the downtime is expected to be significantly less than the maintenance window. Incoming emails will be delivered after the maintenance work has been completed. |
