Partial fault: bwSync&Share (OnlyOffice - startup delay, functionality: update)
At the moment there is a partial malfunction in the state service bwSync&Share. For a few days, increasing delays have been observed when loading OnlyOffice (up to 40 seconds). In the then running OnlyOffice, texts can be created by typing/pasting, but formatting instructions, such as headings, are not executed.
As of 12:30 p.m.: The partial malfunction in the state service bwSync&Share is partially known to the operator KIT (startup delay), but a new report has been filed because there are indications of a deterioration. Likewise, the problem in the running OnlyOffice with limited usability was reported.
Update 26.08.21, 11:30 a.m.: The problem is confirmed by the operator and the software company developing OnlyOffice. A solution is being sought.
