bwSync & Share not available on 11/18/21 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Due to an upgrade within Nextcloud, via which bwSync & Share is delivered, the service is not available for three hours.

All components of Nextcloud will be updated to a new major release. It cannot be ruled out that the update will take longer.

In this context, the provider points out that users are advised to also update the desktop client to a version from 3.3. It will create less load on the server. Users of older versions will be shown a message asking them to update.

Users who use the branded bwSync & Share client can download the current client version from the website https://customerupdates.nextcloud.com/kk1eoZCTo0kI5HpGE3IT/.

Users who use the original Nextcloud client can download it from the website https://nextcloud.com/install/.

From January 2022, access to the bwSync & Share service will only be possible for clients from version 3.3.
