2024-02-14 19:30: Automatic transfer of e-mail addresses from myAccount (LDAP) to HISinOne disrupted

The data transfer of e-mail addresses from myAccount (LDAP) to HISinOne is faulty. This also affects other systems.

E-mail addresses from various source systems are regularly transferred to the HISinOne campus management system, used in HISinOne itself and passed on to other systems.

HISinOne currently lacks the e-mail addresses of employees and external process participants that are stored in the UniAccounts in myAccount (LDAP) (HISinOne application purpose 8-R). HISinOne currently only has the e-mail addresses that are stored directly in HISinOne or come from the HIS-SVA or SAP HCM Uniklinik personnel management systems

There is a concept for staged reading for use within HISinOne and for forwarding to other systems, so that the desired e-mail addresses are still used in many cases. In exceptional cases, however, there are currently problems due to the missing addresses.
