Resolved: Sophos licensing malfunction
The problem has now been resolved at most sites. Users' computers should be able to receive updates as usual. Administrators of Sophos servers who are still affected by the report of the missing license should contact their colleague at the RZ.
Sophos server administrators who are still affected by this and have not yet received a message from the RZ should contact Tamara Ursprung at ext. 4647 or email tamara.ursprung@rz.uni-freiburg.de.
