bwLehrpool: Preparation bwSync&Share1
In preparation for the upcoming transition from network drive student user homes to bwSync&Share, the standard templates maintained by the RZ now include the Desktop Clients needed for file synchronization and push message reception.

In the case of newly produced UniCards, there are currently problems in individual cases with the retransmission of the card number to the central identity management system. The cards can then not be found in the access control system.

The phishing emails come from a sender with the domain "ufrgs.br" and link to a fake myLogin website.

There are currently problems in the administration file system. The campus management system HISinOne also stores uploaded documents there. To avoid subsequent problems, HISinOne has been taken offline.

Malfunction of the central UPS in the IT Services26
Maintenance work is currently being carried out on the aging central UPS in the data centre. It was discovered that the replacement of a central component did not bring the desired result. Therefore, the system is running in pass-through mode and disturbances in the energy network are directly affecting it. This could lead to disruptions or outages during the upcoming thunderstorms over the weekend.
Zoom clients need to be updated27
Due to several vulnerabilities in the Zoom Client, all users of the Zoom Client on all available operating systems are currently being asked to update the client. Without an update, the Zoom Client cannot be started.

The "Deck" app in bwSync&Share created too much load on the database system. It was deactivated in order to enable fluent working.
