A Qualification Program of the Departments of E-Learning and University Didactics and Digital Teaching Development for Lecturers at the University of Freiburg

Since 2012, the departments of E-Learning as well as University Didactics and Digital Teaching Development successfully conducted the E-Learning Qualification Program at the University of Freiburg together. Hundreds of teachers attended our workshops, 40 of them earned the e-learning certificate.

In recent years, a lot has happened in the (continuing) education landscape with regard to strategic, media-didactic and media-technological developments in the area of "digitization of teaching and learning". New innovative formats have emerged, and at the same time the desire for more flexible, application-oriented offerings has increased. For our 10th anniversary, we have therefore put our program to the test and developed it further.

We are currently planning to pilot the new program in the winter semester of 2022/2023 with selected groups. Starting in the summer semester of 2023, the program is to be launched for teachers at the University of Freiburg. Participation will then be possible after successful application. Modalities and further information will follow in the course of the winter semester.
