Citavi - Campus License

Citavi is a software program for literature management and knowledge organization.

From April 2012 Freiburg University offers all University members a campus license for Citavi. This license will expire and is currently valid until 2027-03-31.

The campus license for Citavi Desktop and Web will continue after March 2024.

License keys can be ordered from the following website after
registration with the Citavi account:

http://www.citavi.com/uni-freiburg.

You must have a valid University e-mail address in order to prove your University membership.
If you do not yet have a University Freiburg E-Mail address, you can set one up in MyAccount.

Lisence holders can turn Citavi free to Citavi full version on their personal and work computers- you can also install a copy of the program on a USB stick*. Citavi software is available for download on the citavi homepage.

Members of the university clinic are not included, if they are not members of the Faculty of Medicine. If you are working at the clinic and you are member of the faculty or university you have the right to get a university mail adress and to get Citavi for your personal use.
